Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Canada (Standard): 3-10 business days
• Canada (Express): 1-5 business days

Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $50 CAD.

Remote Shipping Charge There may be remote shipping charges applied if your address is located in remote areas as defined by carriers. Our team will contact you for further arrangement if applicable.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Wind Rises is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@windrises.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
